Disponuje prístrojmi na agarózovú gélovú elektroforézu (Bio-Rad PowerPac HC), UV transiluminátorom (Herolab) na vizualizáciu DNA, chladenou centrifúgou (Eppendorf 5424 R) a termomixérmi (Eppendorf, Biosan), ktoré umožňujú efektívnu separáciu a kontrolovanú inkubáciu pripravovaných vzoriek.
