Protein Biotechnology
The Centre for Interdisciplinary Biosciences (TIP UPJŠ), Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, invites students, the scientific community, and the general public to the Protein Biotechnology workshop, which will take place on 31 August – 1 September 2026.
Over the course of two days, experts in protein biotechnology will present current topics in protein research – from the mechanisms of protein biological activity, expression, purification, and structural analysis to proteomics, biomarkers, and their applications in diagnostics and therapy monitoring.
The workshop will provide an opportunity to share the latest scientific knowledge, engage in expert discussions, and connect researchers, students, and everyone interested in modern protein biotechnology.
Participation is free of charge and no registration is required.
